About The Position
We are seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our team in Mount Airy, NC! This is active, hands-on work that involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-end production equipment to help keep businesses operating at their best.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined you enjoy working with your hands and problem-solving
- Dependable and professional
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing and able to travel frequently to service customer sites
- Comfortable working independently in customer environments after training
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production print systems
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure top performance
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
- Document service activity clearly and accurately
- Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
- Complete online and in-person training programs to build technical expertise
- Travel by car and plane to provide service support across multiple states
