The Jr. Production Assistant Program in Atlanta offers a unique, unparalleled chance to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the Production & Technical Operations group and work across WBD brands. This program provides a 360-degree view of how the group collaborates. You will be assigned to a home base team, Global Production Equipment Inventory, where you will spend the majority of your time, but will also have opportunities for hands-on learning in different Production & Technical Operations departments. This is an opportunity for job shadowing and training in a live broadcast setting. The Production & Technical Operations team aims to provide high-quality service, deliver cutting-edge studio solutions, and be a talent destination with an equitable culture. This is a 12-month program starting in July 2026, requiring candidates to be located in the Atlanta area. Full-time hours are based on sports studio productions and broadcast schedules, which may include weekends, nights, holidays, and possible overtime. The Home Base Team, Global Production Equipment Inventory, operates onsite at the Commerce office and the Techwood campus. The Commerce warehouse is a central hub for field engineering operations, supporting properties like CNN, TNT Sports, and Bleacher Report, and is equipped with a wide range of gear, a lab for project work, a QC station, and docks for satellite trucks. An adjacent office area supports operational coordination and team collaboration.
