About The Position

Flexcraft is seeking a Jr. Process Technician to join its New Jersey plastics manufacturing facility. This entry-level opportunity is intended for candidates with manufacturing experience who want to develop technical skills, learn manufacturing processes, and grow with a stable, family-owned company with more than 50 years of success. Plastics experience is not required; candidates should have experience in manufacturing environments emphasizing quality, safety, GMP, and HACCP standards.

The role includes hands-on training and development, with opportunities to advance into Process Technician, Quality, Production Leadership, and other technical manufacturing roles. Requirements

• Manufacturing experience.
• Experience working in GMP and/or HACCP environments.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Complete the required Culture Index Survey and select at least 25 words in the word-selection section.

Nice To Haves

• Food manufacturing experience.
• Packaging or consumer products manufacturing experience.
• Experience using measurement tools.
• Lean manufacturing or 5S experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Assist with equipment setups, startups, and changeovers.
• Perform quality inspections and documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and process improvements.
• Follow GMP, HACCP, quality, and safety standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Work closely with production, quality, and leadership teams.
