About The Position

Gratz Pilates is hiring entry-level Junior Packers for its Shipping department in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Packers clean and inspect finished Pilates equipment, carefully package oversized products, prepare orders for shipment, and keep their work areas safe and organized. Training is provided, and the position offers a path to advancement within the packing team. The role is offered on day and evening shifts. The listed pay is $17 per hour, with an evening shift differential available and overtime opportunities paid at 1.5 times the regular rate. The hiring process includes a phone screen followed by an onsite interview with a short hands-on packing assessment.

Previous labor, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus but is not required.
Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Clean and inspect finished products for quality before packaging.
Wrap large Pilates equipment using bubble wrap and plastic.
