Little Stars Therapy Services is seeking a dependable and positive Jr. Office Assistant – Programs to support our Programs Team in maintaining an organized, engaging, and efficient clinic environment. • No prior experience required - training provided

Responsibilities

• Organize and stock office and therapy room supplies
• Create and prepare therapeutic materials for the Programs Team
• Assist with filing, shredding, and basic administrative support
• Help with setup and teardown for events and community fairs
• Prepare marketing and family engagement materials
• Assist with light organization and cleaning of shared spaces
• Deliver documents between departments
• Support simple data entry projects with supervision
• Run approved errands if age 16+ with a valid driver's license
