About The Position

We are Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) a health solutions IT firm supporting several government contracts with military installations and federal agencies. We are seeking a Junior LMS Developer to support our ongoing mission in Falls Church, VA. This role serves as the functional backbone of the training department, combining technical LMS administration with process optimization. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning content—from system configuration and data integrity to troubleshooting—while building automated workflows that streamline operations.

Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance or Public Trust (Tier III)
  • 3-5 years of experience in LMS administration, instructional technology, or related field
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and e-learning tools
  • Basic understanding of data reporting and dashboards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SharePoint or similar collaboration tools

Responsibilities

  • Drive the full lifecycle of LMS management—from course setup and user access to content uploads.
  • Act as the "go-to" for troubleshooting and day-to-day platform operations.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows that take the manual heavy lifting out of tracking and approvals.
  • Turn raw data into professional dashboards and briefs that help leadership make informed decisions.
  • Be the gatekeeper for training records, certifications, and compliance tracking.
  • Gather the "why" behind our training by analyzing data to align our offerings with real-world requirements.
  • Track deliverables and action items across multiple stakeholders to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Manage SharePoint repositories to ensure training materials are organized and easy to find.
  • Coordinate high-impact training events and manage the administrative side of Continuing Education (CE) programs.
  • Implement tools and processes that make life easier for the entire Operations Division.
