About The Position

3Sixty Duty Free is looking for a Jr. Fulfillment Coordinator to play a key role in managing our purchasing and logistics operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced, global retail environment where your skills will directly contribute to our success.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED required
• 1+ years preferred in purchasing, fulfillment, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• ERP system experience (MS Dynamics AX is a plus!)
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
• Ability to sit for extended periods
• Ability to use a computer efficiently

Responsibilities

• Managing purchase orders and vendor relations to meet company needs
• Overseeing order processing, return orders, and discrepancy claims
• Communicating with vendors and logistics teams on delivery timelines and conditions
• Solving vendor and category discrepancies while keeping stakeholders informed
• Monitoring KPIs and identifying process improvements for efficiency
• Ensuring accurate financial documentation and pricing updates
• Supporting team members and training new employees
