About The Position
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Estimator to join our team. This role will support the estimating department in preparing bids, assembling bid packages, and assisting with project pricing. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow within the construction industry.
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction, estimating, or administrative support preferred
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DemandStar is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and submission of bids and proposals
- Compile and organize bid packages and supporting documentation
- Review project plans, specifications, and related documents
- Communicate with subcontractors and vendors for pricing and scope
- Track bid opportunities and deadlines
- Maintain accurate records of estimates and project data
- Support the estimating team with administrative and project-related tasks
