Requirements

Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, EE, or related technical field
Understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts in HW and SW
Ability to independently interpret security regulations/frameworks
Clear technical writing and documentation
Ability to use a computer
Ability to physically setup, operate, interact with Elo hardware and software for testing and evaluation

Nice To Haves

CompTIA Security+ certification or similar
ISO 27001 or IEC 62443 audit experience
Familiarity with one or more of: IEC 62443, ETSI EN 303 645, ISO/SAE 21434, or EN 18031/RED cybersecurity requirements

Responsibilities

Perform conformity assessments of Elo hardware and software products against applicable EU cybersecurity regulations (CRA, RED-DA), including mapping product features and processes to essential requirements and preparing supporting technical documentation
Support cybersecurity best practices during New Product Introduction (NPI) and production, working cross-functionally with hardware, firmware, and software engineering teams
Help build and maintain Software Bills of Materials (SBOMs) and support basic vulnerability identification and tracking processes
Support Elo's broader security and regulatory efforts as they evolve (NIS2, CER, EU AI Act, etc.)
Translate complex technical and regulatory requirements for engineering and business stakeholders
