We are seeking a motivated recent graduate to join our DevOps team. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of Linux systems, automation, and cloud technologies who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. You will work closely with senior engineers to support and improve our CI/CD pipelines, maintain Linux-based systems, and assist with deployment automation using tools such as CloudBees CD/RO. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • 0 to 2 years of experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow in a DevOps environment
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to follow documented processes and ask questions when needed
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic knowledge of Linux, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Familiarity with command line operations, file systems and permissions
  • Exposure to system logs and basic troubleshooting
  • Understanding of CI/CD principles (build, test, deploy lifecycle)
  • Exposure to at least one CI/CD tool such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions
  • Basic experience with Git (commits, branches, pull requests)
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Introductory knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker
  • Basic understanding of deployment orchestration concepts (e.g., pipelines, environments)
  • Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible
  • Academic or personal projects involving CI/CD or cloud deployments

Responsibilities

  • Assist in maintaining and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and CloudBees CD/RO
  • Monitor and troubleshoot applications running on Red Hat Enterprise Linux systems
  • Help debug build and deployment failures by analyzing logs and pipeline outputs
  • Support application deployments across development and test environments
  • Write and maintain basic automation scripts (Bash or Python)
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to improve release processes
  • Follow best practices for version control using Git
  • Document processes, runbooks, and troubleshooting steps
