Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 Years of Experience in Deskside Support
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsibilities

  • Assist in providing Level 2 IT support for routine and emergency operations, addressing hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ServiceNow, escalating unresolved issues to senior team members.
  • Support equipment maintenance, including installations, upgrades, and relocations, adhering to CDC IT and property management policies.
  • Contribute to emergency preparedness efforts, participating in drills and on-call rotations to provide IT support during critical events.
  • Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for CDC resources.
