About The Position

The Junior Designer is a key creative contributor responsible for supporting the development of strong, visually compelling assets across campaigns, channels, and brand touchpoints. This role works under the guidance of Senior Creatives and partners with Copywriters, Producers, and cross-functional stakeholders to help bring ideas to life through high-quality design, visual storytelling, and brand-aligned execution. As a Junior Designer, you will work closely with creative leadership to learn brand strategies, media requirements, and objectives. You will assist in directing the visual aesthetic that sets the brand apart in all categories, ensuring every deliverable is polished and impactful. This position provides a significant opportunity for professional growth and mentorship contributing original ideas in brainstorms and executing tasks that meet creative, brand, and business objectives while building your foundational design expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Art or Ad School degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Solid understanding of brand design.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a highly collaborative, team-based environment.
  • Comfort receiving and applying feedback, with a focus on improving the work rather than defending it.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with production workflows for video, social, and digital content is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop compelling design for integrated campaigns across channels including digital, social, video, retail, DTC, PR, sales, and experiential.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Copywriters to develop strong design systems, not just executions and contribute to shaping the way the brand communicates across platforms.
  • Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and business objectives into clear, engaging design.
  • Own art and design deliverables from initial concept through final execution, managing feedback and revisions efficiently.
  • Adapt brand and product assets for different audiences, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Partner cross-functionally with teams such as Brand, Strategy, Social, Digital, Sales, and Production to ensure work meets channel needs and performance goals.
  • Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and working sessions—bringing ideas, references, and solutions to the table.
  • Demonstrate accountability by meeting deadlines, managing multiple projects, and communicating proactively when priorities shift.
