About The Position

CHR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain state and federal reporting functions in a timely and accurate manner in support of the organization’s contract compliance requirements. This role will provide basic analytical support for quality metrics by data-mining, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and presenting salient findings. The position involves performing a variety of duties related to client tracking, and collecting, entering, and maintaining data into federally mandated electronic data systems, as well as reporting and analysis activities for CHR.

Requirements

BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
1 to 3 years’ experience in data collection and analysis preferred.
Previous experience in healthcare required; experience in mental health care preferred.
Moderate to expert user of Excel.
Knowledge of relational databases, utilization of Microsoft Office products, data integrity and quality.

Nice To Haves

Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assists in collecting, tracking, managing all data and quality outcome reporting for the program
Works to reduce healthcare disparities whenever possible
Provides training and technical assistance
Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
Design and produce analyses using internal and external data to support programs and agency
Ability to collect business requirements through the development of writing specs.
Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Assist as necessary to test data for integrity and quality assurance.
Identify innovative ways streamline processes, and to increase client satisfaction.
Additional duties as assigned.
