About The Position

CHR is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to maintain state and federal reporting functions in a timely and accurate manner in support of the organization’s contract compliance requirements. This role will provide basic analytical support for quality metrics by data-mining, interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and presenting salient findings. The position involves performing a variety of duties related to client tracking, and collecting, entering, and maintaining data into federally mandated electronic data systems, as well as reporting and analysis activities for CHR.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in data collection and analysis preferred.
  • Previous experience in healthcare required; experience in mental health care preferred.
  • Moderate to expert user of Excel.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, utilization of Microsoft Office products, data integrity and quality.

Nice To Haves

  • Tableau or Power BI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in collecting, tracking, managing all data and quality outcome reporting for the program
  • Works to reduce healthcare disparities whenever possible
  • Provides training and technical assistance
  • Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.
  • Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.
  • Design and produce analyses using internal and external data to support programs and agency
  • Ability to collect business requirements through the development of writing specs.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Assist as necessary to test data for integrity and quality assurance.
  • Identify innovative ways streamline processes, and to increase client satisfaction.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
