About The Position

This position is critical for managing legal agreements, ensuring compliance, and supporting the quote-to-cash workflow. Acting as a liaison between sales, legal, and other business units, the role enhances operational efficiency, reduces legal risk, and improves client experience. SS&C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence. You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in contract management or corporate legal administration.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software contracts, amendments, statements of work, and order forms.
  • MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Salesforce, DocuSign, Adobe Professional.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process redlines, work with attorneys, manage DocuSign envelopes, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Interpret and communicate contract terms internally and externally.
  • Act as the primary operational liaison on high-value transactions, collaborating with legal, sales, and, when necessary, clients.
  • After execution, deliver a comprehensive deal summary to Finance and Operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and integrity across all downstream workflows.
  • Maintain centralized repository, ensure templates follow approval processes, and communicate updates.
  • Respond to emails, handle correspondence, and assist with research and document preparation.
  • Partner with internal teams on client data and participate in stakeholder training sessions.
