About The Position

The Jr. Business Analyst reports to the Director and supports Business Analysts across a variety of data domains and business data needs. The role supports multiple concurrent projects, helps identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets, and assists with report and analysis specifications based on business needs and required or available data elements. The analyst may participate in management reviews by presenting and interpreting analysis results, summarizing conclusions, and recommending a course of action. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to plan, organize, and structure work.
Good general business skills and a high degree of confidentiality, maturity, tactfulness, and business ethics.
High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and integrity.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Math, or a related field preferred.
Previous analyst experience in a business office setting preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
Familiarity with varied statistical methods preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite preferred.
