About The Position

Lyon Living is seeking a Jr. Maintenance Technician for The Lennox property in Milpitas, CA. This role is responsible for maintaining high quality standards and providing excellent customer service to residents. The technician will perform cleaning and janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation for the property, ensuring a clean and well-maintained environment.

Requirements

Available to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)
Reliable transportation.
Valid driver's license or ability to utilize an alternative form of transportation at own expense.
If driving own vehicle for work, must have a valid driver's license and provide proof of insurance.
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Experience with cleaning/janitorial duties related to interior and exterior product preparation.
Familiarity with safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
Ability to assist with snow removal.

Responsibilities

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property.
Ensure the property’s central trash removal areas and/or compactors are serviced, emptied and kept clean.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensures they are in working order.
Perform basic housekeeping duties to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
Clean light fixtures, windows, various equipment, laundry rooms, etc. and cleans storage and common areas including, clubhouse, recreation room, office, fitness center, etc.
Attend monthly safety meetings and accurately completes work records.
Responsible for safety storing chemicals, cleaning products and hazardous materials.
Maintain work, supply carts and storage areas in a neat and organized manner.
Assist with snow removal as needed.
