Requirements

0–3 years of experience in an actuarial or analytical role.
A minimum of 1 actuarial exam passed, with a commitment to pursuing actuarial credentials (e.g., ACAS, FCAS).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages.
Exposure to actuarial concepts, insurance data, or predictive modeling.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience or coursework related to Property and Casualty Insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in reserving analyses for assigned books of business using Arius and other actuarial tools.
Support actuarial reporting and statistical reporting, ensuring accuracy and quality in data analysis.
Provide analytical support for reinsurance and pricing evaluations.
Contribute to program reviews and assist in analyzing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with other teams to enhance data-driven decision-making and support actuarial data needs.
Participate in data development projects, improving internal databases and analytical capabilities.
Engage in special projects and initiatives as assigned.
