About The Position

Based in Dallas, the Journeys Ambassador is a cross-functional role within the Loyalty Marketing Department responsible for supporting Warwick Journeys Members and assisting hotels and corporate teams in delivering consistent member recognition and loyalty program experiences. This role works closely with participating hotels to ensure program standards are understood and applied while providing responsive support to members and monitoring guest experience trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems and guest recognition or loyalty programs.
Familiarity with Oracle OPERA PMS or similar hotel systems.
Team-oriented with flexibility, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

French language proficiency is a plus.
Social Media / Community management a plus.
Experience working in an international hospitality environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Respond promptly to customer support inquiries and assist Warwick Journeys Members with questions, requests, and account updates.
Update member profiles, process award credits, and follow up with members to ensure satisfaction.
Serve as an advocate for Warwick Journeys Members by communicating feedback and service issues to the Loyalty Marketing team.
Manage Warwick Journeys Social Media efforts.
Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure proper recognition of Warwick Journeys Members and adherence to program standards.
Support property and corporate teams in understanding and applying loyalty program procedures related to guest recognition and service delivery.
Conduct training sessions for hotel and corporate staff on Warwick Journeys processes, member recognition standards, and guest service best practices.
Review daily arrival information for participating hotels to ensure member recognition both on the day of arrival and 48 hours prior.
Prepare daily flash reports highlighting key arriving members for the Loyalty Marketing team.
Produce periodic reports on program performance, highlighting successes and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor guest satisfaction trends and feedback to identify opportunities to strengthen the member experience and long-term loyalty.
Assist with reservation audits, administrative tasks, and other operational duties as needed.
Support loyalty initiatives and projects led by the Loyalty Marketing team.
Maintain documentation of program procedures and assist in ensuring consistent implementation across properties.
Act as an integral member of the Loyalty Marketing Team.
As needed contribution to special projects associated with Global Marketing Efforts.
Contribute to all aspects of Global Marketing initiatives.
