Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist
About The Position
Watermark is seeking a Journeyman Workflow Support Specialist to support analytical workflow enablement, sustainment, and scaling of data products across the Mission Assurance enterprise. The role involves utilizing enterprise data platform capabilities such as Palantir, Jira, and Confluence to support analytics, automation, and decision-making. The specialist will also support the configuration and use of Government-directed data platform capabilities for data analysis, monitoring, reporting, and automation, as well as coordination, governance-preparation, reporting, and knowledge-management workflows. Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements
- 3–10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
- Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
- Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
- Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Palantir Foundry, Jira, Confluence, or Mattermost preferred
- Familiarity with HAF staff processes and Air Force governance workflows preferred
