About The Position
JGM is hiring Journeyman Welders for structural steel work in Russellville, KY. This role requires individuals who can weld and work with steel, not just those with extensive welding experience. The project involves welding structural steel and handrail, assisting with erection and bolt-up, rigging, reading prints, and following weld procedures. Work at heights may be required.
Requirements
- Proven structural welding experience (3+ yrs)
- Ironworker background (not shop-only welders)
- Able to pass weld test if required
- 50-60+ hours/week
Responsibilities
