Journeyman Security Escort
About The Position
HII – Mission Technologies Corp, is looking for a Security Escort to support a project located at Tinker AFB, OK. This role requires a Secret Clearance. The Security Escort will be responsible for maintaining physical security requirements that meet Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), Special Access Program (SAP) and collateral security requirements, as well as the facility accreditation process. Key duties include ensuring all personnel are properly badged and wearing credentials correctly, maintaining direct line of sight of uncleared personnel, ensuring the integrity of the secure construction site, and verifying that all personnel being escorted adhere to security requirements. Any security concerns must be reported immediately to the Site Security Manager (SSM). The role also involves ensuring only authorized personnel, vehicles, and materials are introduced onto the construction site. Personal protective equipment will be provided by the government.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance
- 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.
- Journeyman personnel have a high school diploma and a minimum of five (5) years of experience performing full time DoD security functions.
- Secret or Top Secret clearance

- A Bachelor’s degree is highly desired.
Responsibilities

- Maintain a direct line of sight of all uncleared personnel and ensure the integrity of the secure construction site.
- Ensure all personnel being escorted within the site are abiding by all security requirements and report a security concern to the Site Security Manager (SSM) immediately.
- Ensure that only authorized personnel, vehicles, and/or materials are introduced into or onto the construction site.
