We are seeking an enthusiastic, growth minded individual to be our Journeyman Roofer in the Service Department of our Kirkland Office. As a Roofer at Jimmy's you will be responsible for assisting the team throughout the job process including starting the project or finishing the project within the Foreman's guidelines. You are a growing and developing employee that will be given specific duties to complete.

Requirements

High School Diploma, AA Degree or equivalent knowledge and experience
Previous roofing experience/repair strongly preferred but not required
Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy weighted objects
Current Driver’s License with no restrictions
Valid email address and working cell phone
Successfully pass drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of your crew as well as the safety of the customer, their employees, and clients
Maintain the protection of the customer's building and property
Make sure it's "Always watertight at night"
Ensure quality of product and application
Maintain and ensure efficiency of all equipment used at jobsite
Secure company materials and assets (Equipment, Tools, Trucks, etc.) at jobsite
Ensure finished product has a safe and high level of quality upon completion
Participate in site safety through OSHA and L&I compliance
Proper installation of all new roofing systems exactly as specified
Maintain good customer relations
Ability to participate in the production and quality of workmanship
Ability to take direction and delegation from team leader
Maintain company issued equipment in good operational order
