Requirements

  • Licensed Journeyman
  • State-issued license
  • Need to be coachable
  • Follow Process
  • Skills in reading blueprints
  • Code knowledge (NEC)
  • Need to have all hand tools and power tools that are required to do your job
  • Tool proficiency
  • Physical ability for installation work
  • Follows direction clearly and executes to timelines and expectations
  • Brings zero ego and contributes to a strong, unified team culture
  • Shows up consistent, reliable, and focused
  • Needs to understand that EVERYTHING is track and most important KPI (Key Performance Index)is "billable efficiency" or revenue generated per hours from efficient installation practices
  • Understands that recalls, sloppy work, and laziness have no place on a high-performing team
  • 3+ years of relevant residential plumbing experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Clean background check and drug screen
  • 21 years or older
  • Plumbing License (Required)
  • Driver's License (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential installs with precision and professionalism.
  • Perform water filtration and softener installs.
  • Conduct sewer repairs and repipes.
  • Perform water line repairs and repipes.
  • Replace water heaters.
  • Install PRVs.
  • Perform HydroJetting.
  • Lead and teach apprentices in a way that raises their standards.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and the team.
  • Take pride in finishing jobs the right way.
  • Solve problems, avoid shortcuts, and take ownership of the final product.
