Requirements
- At least 3 years of plumbing installation experience.
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally on job sites.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality.
Responsibilities
- Install residential plumbing systems, including water, drain, waste, and vent systems.
- Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, valves, drains, and piping.
- Perform rough-in and final trim-out work for new construction and remodeling projects.
- Ensure work meets code, safety standards, and Flow-Tech quality expectations.
- Communicate clearly with customers, builders, and team members.
- Maintain accurate job notes, estimates, and documentation.
- Keep the company vehicle and work area clean, organized, and professional.
