Requirements

Journeyman Plumber certification or equivalent experience.
Experience installing and repairing submersible pumps.
Knowledge of basement and crawlspace waterproofing systems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes.
Proficiency in diagnosing and solving plumbing issues.
Familiarity with plumbing tools and equipment.
Ability to respond to emergency calls and troubleshoot urgent issues.
Understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to maintain accurate records.
Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair submersible pumps in residential properties.
Perform plumbing tasks related to basement and crawlspace waterproofing, including the installation of drainage systems, sump pumps, and related equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to determine proper layout and installation procedures.
Diagnose plumbing issues and implement effective solutions to ensure functionality and compliance.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of plumbing tools and equipment.
Respond to emergency plumbing calls and troubleshoot urgent issues promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Support Groundworks’ culture of teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing homeowner questions and concerns professionally.
Perform other duties as assigned.
