Requirements
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and safely perform the physical demands of the position
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- EPA Universal Certification
Nice To Haves
- Experience working alongside HVAC systems or mechanical trades
- Experience with residential service and installation
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and install residential plumbing systems and fixtures
- Install and service water heaters, piping, valves, drains, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide customers with clear, professional recommendations
- Respond to plumbing service calls and emergency repair requests
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Read blueprints, specifications, and building plans when required
- Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, insulation, and installation teams on multi-trade projects
- Maintain accurate documentation of work completed, materials used, and customer interactions
- Keep company vehicles, equipment, and job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit
