About The Position

We are currently hiring experienced Residential Service Plumbers to join our team. If you enjoy solving problems, helping homeowners, and working independently while still having strong support behind you, this could be a great fit. This role is true service plumbing — diagnostics, repairs, replacements, and customer solutions. Not new construction. Not sewer crews all day. We also have separate divisions that handle sewer/drain cleaning and water heater installations, allowing our service plumbers to focus on what they do best. Our service plumbers spend their days helping homeowners solve real problems. That means variety, independence, and the ability to use your experience. Some opportunities may also include light commercial service work depending on licensing and experience.

Requirements

• Washington State PL02 Residential License or PL01 Journeyman License
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
• Residential service plumbing experience
• Professional communication with homeowners
• The ability to work independently and manage your day
