Requirements

Licensed or licensed eligible MT Plumbing Journeyman/Master.
Valid MT driver’s license, or ability to acquire within 3 months.
Possess a journeyman/Master level knowledge of building and plumbing codes, safety regulations, and safety practices.

Service plumbing experience.

Responsibilities

Operate as a point of contact for general contractors, subs, and clients.
Maintain regular communication with the General Manager, General Contractors, Sub-Contractors, and Clients.
Read and work from blueprints, technical manuals, charts, and schematics.
Work closely with purchasing manager to procure materials.
Efficiently communicate new project needs with field/admin/accounting.
Engage in project forecasting and the creation of schedules.
Appropriately account for scope and exclusions in all contracts.
Perform all plumbing work in accordance with code and company standards.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
