About The Position

ThinkTek LLC is seeking an experienced Journeyman Management Analyst to support a high-performance Department of War (DoW) team. This team specializes in providing executive-level support and is responsible for driving, integrating, and executing top-level strategic, operational, and communication priorities. The successful candidate will assist in synthesizing complex technical and acquisition programmatic data into decision-ready documentation. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, expertise in dashboarding and task management through Power BI and SharePoint, attention to detail, and the ability to provide actionable insights to program leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting the strategic communications and/or executive leader support within the Department of War (DoW).
Familiarity with DoW Acquisition Frameworks, Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS).
Demonstrated experience synthesizing complex technical and acquisition jargon into consumable, decision-support documentation.
Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, and sustaining briefing repositories within DoW systems.
Demonstrated experience facilitating cross-functional coordination across SMEs and Government Senior Leaders.
Demonstrated success with using PowerBI, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office suite of products to develop and deliver executive reporting dashboards.
Proficiency with establishing, maintaining, and sustaining briefing repositories on Government IT systems to ensure version control, traceability, naming conventions, etc.
Ability to track multiple, competing deadlines and recommend escalation and/or risk mitigation measures to ensure on-time delivery of highest-priority items.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
Active Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Inventory existing task dashboard, repositories, templates, current products, source systems, and open taskers to develop validated artifact inventory, repository map, access list, version baseline, and open-task list.
Maintain updated visibility across all taskings and requirements through regular coordination across the team and with Agency senior leaders.
Identify at-risk suspenses and route priority or conflict decisions based on established escalation pathways.
Provide concise leadership views of open, pending, urgent, and overdue requirements.
Assess and establish structure, permissions, naming, metadata, and archival rules for briefing repository for communications materials.
Upload all briefings and working products to the designated repository, ensuring complete production record with controlled working and review versions.
Maintain repository of senior leader briefing materials through approved repository map, taxonomy, naming convention, roles, and product roles.
Archive finalized and approved products upon approval.
Maintain Senior Leader Playbook of consolidated talking points, one-pagers, and related communications materials, providing regular updates as programmatic updates occur.
Support development of executive information papers, strategic communications, and technical documentation appropriate for an audience of senior leaders.
Coordinate targeted interviews with program, engineering, acquisition, logistics, and analytic SMEs.
Draft VIP read-aheads, point papers, executive decks, talking points, and scripts, in advance of senior leader engagements, ensuring accuracy of all information.
