About The Position

Redi Services, LLC is hiring dedicated Journeyman Insulators / Metal Workers for their Rock Springs, Wyoming location. This role offers an opportunity for advancement within the Industrial Services Industry. The position involves applying insulation materials to industrial surfaces, reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, installing protective jacketing, and working safely at heights while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Industrial Mechanical Insulation / Metal & Cladding (refineries, power plants, or chemical facilities).
• Deep understanding of industrial insulation types, temperature ratings, and application techniques.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight or elevated spaces under varying weather conditions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background screening.
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the jobsite.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Willing and able to pass an initial and periodic drug screens and a background check upon hire.

• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply insulation materials including calcium silicate, mineral wool, fiberglass, cellular glass, and aerogel to hot or cold industrial surfaces.
• Read industrial blueprints and isometric drawings to determine layouts, dimensions, and material requirements.
• Measure and cut insulation / metal & cladding precisely to fit around valves, flanges, pumps, elbows, and irregular geometries.
• Install protective jacketing made of aluminum, stainless steel, or PVC to weatherproof and seal the insulated systems.
• Secure materials properly using wire, bands, rivets, screws, and specialized vapor-barrier mastics.
• Work safely at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and aerial boom/scissor lifts.
• Adhere to safety protocols including mandatory PPE, fall protection, and daily hazard assessments.
