Journeyman HVAC Service Technician at Total Climate Control. This role involves diagnosing problems, fixing them right the first time, and taking care of customers. Requirements
- NH Gasfitter Service License.
- EPA 608 Certification.
- 5+ years of residential and commercial HVAC service experience.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Working knowledge of VRF/VRV systems.
- Basic knowledge of chiller systems.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- A positive attitude and pride in your work.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, rooftop units, and more.
- Work on refrigeration equipment including walk-in coolers and freezers, reach-in coolers, prep stations, and ice makers.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Explain repair options to customers with professionalism and honesty.
- Complete service tickets accurately.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every call.
