Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Journeyman technicians with 5+ years of experience
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Help customers make confident, informed decisions about their home comfort.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams.
- Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Accurately complete service documentation.
- Participate in an on-call rotation.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
