Requirements

Current Journeyman Gas Fitter license in good standing.
Experience with residential gas line installation, maintenance, and repair.
Knowledge of local and state gas codes and safety regulations.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve problems in the field.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused mindset.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

Install, test, inspect, and service residential gas lines and appliances in compliance with code requirements.
Support the installation of whole-home standby generator systems through gas line setup and connections.
Diagnose and repair gas lines, valves, regulators, and related components.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with electricians, installers, and field teams to complete projects on schedule.
Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally in customers’ homes.
Maintain accurate job documentation and communicate project updates as needed.
Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or junior technicians when needed.
