Journeyman Foreman Electrician

Star ElectricBillings, MT
$42 - $65Hybrid

About The Position

Most companies need someone to manage a jobsite. We're looking for people to build a legacy. At Star Electric, our goal is simple: build the most respected team of electrical professionals in Montana. That doesn't happen because of equipment, software, or processes. It happens because exceptional leaders create exceptional teams. We're looking for an experienced Electrical Foreman who is more than a skilled electrician. We want someone who can develop people, raise standards, solve problems, and create a culture where excellence becomes the expectation. Why This Role Matters The Foreman sets the tone for everything. Safety. Quality. Production. Culture. When a Foreman leads well, apprentices develop faster, Journeymen perform at a higher level, customers have a better experience, and projects succeed. You'll have the opportunity to lead some of Montana's most important commercial and industrial projects while helping shape the next generation of electricians. This is not a position for someone who simply wants authority. It's for someone who wants responsibility. The Kind of Leader We're Looking For You don't wait for problems to be solved - you solve them. You don't make excuse - you take ownership. You don't cut corners - you raise the standard. You don't just complete projects - you develop people. You understand that leadership isn't about telling people what to do. It's about creating an environment where people can do their best work. These principles align with the values that drive our company: Hard Work. Positive Attitude. Trustworthy. Take Ownership.
