About The Position

Aether Aerospace is seeking a Journeyman Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Analyst/Management Analyst to support Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads across various FMS programs. As a member of the Security Cooperation team, this individual independently performs assigned functional duties under the overall direction of program leadership. The position supports analysis and management of FMS casework and associated program activities.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree and 3–10 years of experience in the analysis and management of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) casework. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, an associate’s degree with two additional years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with four additional years of relevant experience performing the described duties, may be substituted.
• Ability to perform assigned functional duties independently.
• Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and policy guidance applicable to FMS case management.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and management of all aspects of FMS casework.
• Assist Case Managers, Program Managers, and Team Leads in coordinating FMS program activities and actions.
• Review and analyze case information to support program execution and management decisions.
• Coordinate with Security Cooperation team members to support assigned FMS programs.
• Perform assigned duties in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and applicable Department of Defense acquisition policy guidance.
