This role involves diagnosing complex electrical issues, servicing production equipment, leading crews, and installing new systems. Requirements

• Experience with equipment power and data drops
• Strong control wiring and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with VFD configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 3 team members
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings
• High attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing complex electrical issues
• Servicing production equipment
• Leading crews of 2 to 3 team members
• Installing new systems
• Training, mentoring, and supporting developing team members
