About The Position

Rinvio is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for data center and mission-critical electrical work in the Ashburn, Virginia area. This is a full-time contract position with potential for overtime based on project needs. The role involves installing and routing various electrical components, supporting data center buildouts and upgrades, reading blueprints, pulling wire, making terminations, and troubleshooting circuits. Successful candidates will coordinate with other trades, maintain a safety-first presence, and adhere to site-specific onboarding requirements.

Requirements

Journeyman-level commercial or industrial electrical experience
Data center, mission-critical, industrial, or large commercial project experience preferred
Strong conduit bending, wire pulling, terminations, layout, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read electrical drawings and work independently with limited supervision
Reliable transportation to the Ashburn project area
Own basic hand tools and standard PPE
Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to pass any site onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

OSHA 10/30 is a plus

Responsibilities

Install and route EMT, rigid conduit, cable tray, feeders, branch circuits, panels, and electrical equipment
Support data center electrical buildout, upgrades, and mission-critical installation work
Read and follow blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and construction drawings
Pull wire, make terminations, troubleshoot circuits, and verify work is clean and code-compliant
Coordinate professionally with foremen, site leadership, and other trades to keep production moving
Maintain a safety-first jobsite presence and follow all site-specific onboarding requirements
