About The Position
Mainstream Electric, Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing is seeking a Journeyman Electrician with WA & ID Cards to join their team. The company has been serving the Spokane metro area since 2000, known for its top-notch service and outstanding customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical components of HVAC systems, requiring a strong understanding of HVAC equipment, electrical circuits, and controls, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of Electrical Experience required.
- Sales Experience required.
- Highly proficient with Apple products.
- Competent Excel skills.
- Valid Driver's License with limited violations.
- Journeyman’s card (01, or 02) Required!!
Responsibilities
- Install electrical wiring and components for HVAC systems including motors, compressors, thermostats, and control units.
- Diagnose electrical issues within HVAC systems and perform timely repairs.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with applicable codes and safety standards.
- Collaborate with HVAC technicians and Electrical technicians.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC electrical systems.
- Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Stay current with industry best practices and code requirements.
