Requirements

Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia preferred or ability to meet state licensing requirements).
4+ years of residential electrical experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and service calls.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
Complete wiring, rewiring, panel upgrades, and other residential electrical projects.
Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommending solutions.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.
Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events.
