Requirements

Nebraska Journeyman Electrician License or qualifying reciprocal license.
1-5+ years of electrical construction experience.
Strong knowledge of NEC, local electrical codes, and OSHA standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
Experience with electrical materials, equipment, and installation methods.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead projects.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical installations, renovations, maintenance, and emergency electrical work.
Read and interpret blueprints and electrical drawings.
Troubleshoot and solve electrical problems.
Ensure jobsite safety and adhere to OSHA standards.
Work independently and lead projects.
Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Manage and coordinate field operations and schedules.
Mentor apprentices and supervise crews (for those with relevant experience).
