About The Position

Real Network Services is a growing electrical and low-voltage contractor specializing in commercial and industrial projects. We are committed to quality workmanship, safety, and building strong teams. We are currently seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians to join our expanding team. The Journeyman Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in commercial environments. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently or leading apprentices on job sites.

Requirements

Active Journeyman Electrician License (TDLR if in Texas).
Minimum 3+ years of commercial electrical experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards.
Experience bending conduit and reading blueprints.
Ability to work nights or weekends if required.
Reliable transportation.
Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience in low-voltage systems.
Experience working in active commercial environments (airports, hospitals, etc.).
OSHA certification.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Run and bend conduit (EMT, Rigid, etc.).
Pull and terminate wire.
Install panels, breakers, lighting, and devices.
Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve issues efficiently.
Ensure compliance with NEC codes and safety regulations.
Supervise and mentor apprentices as needed.
Maintain clean and organized job sites.
