About The Position

Masters Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is expanding its electrical division and is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment. The role involves interpreting blueprints and electrical drawings, troubleshooting issues, ensuring work complies with applicable codes, coordinating with project teams, and documenting completed work and materials. Requirements

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent experience recognized in Indiana.
• At least 3 years of hands-on electrical experience; the posting also describes the requirement as 3–5 years.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Successful completion of a required background check.

Responsibilities
