Viracon LLC Journeyman Electrician – Tech 13 📍 Viracon | Owatonna, MN 🕒 Shift: Monday–Wednesday 6:00 PM–6:00 AM + every other Thursday 💲 Pay Range: $31–$36/hour depending on experience Viracon is a leading manufacturer of high performance architectural glass used in commercial buildings across North America. We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Electrician to join our Tech 13 team on our night shift schedule. Requirements

  • Active Journeyman Electrician license
  • Two year degree in electronics with 3+ years of electrical or electronic experience OR 4+ years of related field experience
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
  • Experience operating power tools safely
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Solid communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Read blueprints and technical diagrams
  • Install, maintain, and repair wiring, control, and lighting systems
  • Inspect electrical components including transformers and circuit breakers
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and rebuild equipment independently
  • Manage inventory related to maintenance work
  • Enter completed work into a computerized maintenance management system
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and team performance goals
