About The Position

Rinvio is hiring a Journeyman Electrical Project Lead for commercial electrical coordination and project support work in the Hagerstown, Maryland area. This is a full-time contract position with a pay range of $60-$65/hour, based on experience. The role involves coordinating electrical field work, reviewing project documents, supporting various project aspects like manpower and safety, and communicating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Journeyman-level electrical background with commercial project experience and strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Journeyman-level electrical background with commercial project experience
• Ability to read electrical drawings, specs, one-lines, schedules, and project documents
• Strong organization, communication, field coordination, and problem-solving ability
• Understanding of NEC standards, safe work practices, and quality electrical installation
• Reliable transportation to the Hagerstown/Winchester regional project area
• Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to complete any site onboarding requirements

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an electrical foreman, project lead, assistant PM, superintendent, or project manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate electrical field work and help keep crews, materials, schedules, and priorities aligned
• Review project drawings, one-lines, schedules, specs, change information, and daily field needs
• Support manpower planning, sequencing, documentation, quality control, and safety expectations
• Communicate clearly with field leadership, subcontractors, project contacts, and site stakeholders
• Identify issues early, help solve field problems, and maintain professional project follow-through
• Assist with RFIs, punch items, closeout tasks, and project documentation when needed
