About The Position

This isn’t a “show up and swing a hammer” kind of role. This is where precision meets pride. Where layouts aren’t guesses — they’re exact. Where your work becomes the literal foundation everything else depends on. At Alpha Inc., our Journeyman Carpenters don’t just build forms — they build the backbone of Hawaiʻi’s infrastructure. If you take ownership of your craft, move with purpose, and refuse to cut corners, keep reading. About Alpha Inc. Born and built in Hawaiʻi, Alpha Inc. is a leader in heavy civil construction, concrete, renewable energy, drilling, and infrastructure solutions. What we build today will serve island communities for generations. We operate by three core values: Lead with Heart – Respect the crew. Respect the craft. Strength in Unity – No egos. Just execution.
