The Johnsonburg, Pennsylvania location is seeking a full-time permanent Journey Electrical & Instrumentation Technician. This position requires primary emphasis in Industrial Electricity, Electronics, Process Control, Programmable Controls, Troubleshooting, and Instrumentation. All Mill job classifications at the Domtar Johnsonburg Mill involve “safety sensitive” duties, and adherence to safety guidelines and policies is critically important for all employees.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
A minimum of a two (2) year associate degree in electrical technology as well as four years of applicable experience OR a minimum of ten years of progressive electrical maintenance experience in an industrial facility
Successfully pass written and practical tests for journeyman position
Successfully pass a structured board interview to qualify
Successfully complete a selection process that could include interviews, an employment background check, a pre-employment drug screen, reference verifications, aptitude tests (for some positions), and a fitness-for-duty test (for some positions)
