We are always on the lookout for talented individuals to join our team. You will work with a driven team of journalists and researchers on large-scale projects of public interest. You will be engaged in story planning, strategizing public records harvesting, backgrounding companies and individuals, filing and appealing freedom of information requests, data analysis and in-depth interviewing. Candidates with strong multi-media skills — including visual storytelling and video/audio production — are especially encouraged to apply. Requirements
- Driven to find information that sheds new light on unanswered questions
- Collaborative teammates who are not afraid of trying new things or having difficult conversations
- Curious and exacting in their research methods with strong analytical and verification skills
- Clear writers and thinkers
- Must be in Toronto
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
