About The Position

The Jordan Kids Merchant will lead the merchandising and marketplace strategy for the Jordan Kids business across North America Digital and Stores channels while serving as a key partner between Jordan Brand and Haddad Brands to drive consumer-right assortments, marketplace alignment, distribution strategies, pricing, and seasonal product plans to accelerate growth and deliver the Jordan Brand vision for Kids.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in fashion merchandising or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising, product creation, or retail in a vertical or wholesale environment
  • Proficiency in retail and profit-based metrics
  • Excellent organizational, communication
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Jordan Consumer Teams and Haddad Marketplace leadership to develop and execute a unified Jordan Kids marketplace strategy across Digital and Stores
  • Build and manage seasonal assortments, product journeys, merchandising strategies, and hindsight analyses to optimize business performance
  • Develop and communicate distribution strategies, door depth recommendations, pricing updates, and key merchandising stories
  • Support post-CODE gate product management, including product updates and cross-functional communication
  • Identify consumer, product, and marketplace opportunities to influence future assortments and investment priorities
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Buying, Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to drive marketplace execution
  • Monitor business performance and leverage consumer insights, historical data, and market trends to inform assortment decisions and in-season actions
  • Support membership and consumer engagement strategies that strengthen brand connection and drive growth
  • Special projects as assigned
