Job Overview: The Joint Training Tool System Manager provides administrative and development support to the JTP Coordinator, managing and developing USTRANSCOM's Joint Training Program. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
3 years of DoD support experience.
Experience supporting classified environments.
Strong customer service skills.
Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.
Active TS/SCI Clearance required.

Responsibilities

Supporting administrative and developmental aspects of the organization's training policies and procedures.
Ensuring plans, actions, and milestones align with command objectives.
Facilitating communication and coordination through planning and execution of senior leader engagements.
Implementing Joint Training Impact on Warfighting Readiness methodology and tracking effectiveness.
Compiling annual reports for senior leadership.
Advising on Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS) Joint Training System (JTS) matters.
Providing expert guidance on leveraging JTS to achieve training goals across all four phases: Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessment.
