About The Position
Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Logistics and Exercise Support Planner provides planning, logistics, fiscal, and site survey support for Field Training Exercises. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
- 3 years of DoD support experience.
- Experience supporting classified environments.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Due to federal contract requirements, applicants must be U.S. citizens.
- Active Secret Clearance required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining FTX exercises knowledge management systems including IntelShare and shared drives.
- Assisting Program Manager with site surveys and logistics coordination.
- Developing and coordinating orders, tracking logistics, TDY costs, and personnel movements.
- Determining logistics solutions and sourcing support (portable toilets, fuel, lodging).
- Submitting special requirements for cargo movement (commercial trucking, rail, sealift, airlift).
- Coordinating with carriers, drivers, and managing movement control of training audience equipment.
- Assisting Container Management Officer with inventory control and transportation coordination.
- Providing input for supply requests including purchase orders and inventory control.
